Sautéed Brussels Sprouts
- 3 cups brussel sprouts, cleaned and sliced in halves
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- sea salt and pepper
- balsamic vinegar for drizzle
Heat olive oil in pan in medium high, add brussels and toss in oil. Cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally until reached desired caramelization. Plate and drizzle with balsamic.
