Feta Laced Tzatziki


Ingredients

  • 1- 7 oz Fage Total Greek yogurt
  • 3 tbsp half and half
  • 1.5 tbsp olive oil
  • 1.5 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped parsley
  • 3 tbsp finely chopped dill
  • 2 -3 tbsp crumbled feta
  • 1 small minced garlic clove
  • 2 mini cucumbers
  • 1 package original naan bread
  • Additional salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

Combine Greek yogurt, half and half, lemon juice, and olive oil in a small mixing bowl and whisk until smooth. Add the chopped parsley, dill, oregano, minced garlic, crumbled feta, and salt and stir until combined.  Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Taste for seasoning. Top with petite diced mini cucumbers and a few sprigs of dill. Serve with naan bread. Enjoy!
