We’re coming down off a weekend of indulgences and getting our daily servings of fruits and veggies (and some healthy fats) in this Smokey Blue & Pear Microgreen Salad. Eat up!

Smokey Blue & Pear Microgreen Salad

  • 2 Asian pears
  • 4 oz Wegman's Organic Smoked Blue Cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup chopped candied pecans
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Oliver White Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 1/2 cups loosely packed microgreens of choice, we used spicy salad variety


Petite dice the Asian pears and transfer to a medium-sized mixing bowl. Add the olive oil and vinegar and toss until evenly coated. Add chopped pecans, crumbled blue cheese, stir gently, and taste for seasoning. Add your microgreens and toss with tongs.  Serve immediately as a mini salad or a side dish.  Enjoy!
