Sweet and Spicy Chili Cucumbers

  • 6 mini cucumbers
  • 2 tsp Huy Fong Chili Sauce
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • toasted sesame seeds for garnish


Add Chili sauce, lime juice, soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, and rice wine vinegar to a medium sized mixing bowl and whisk until combined. Using a peeling slice your cucumber into thin ribbons. Toss is sauce and refrigerate for 15 minutes prior to serving. Garnish with roasted sesame seeds.  Enjoy!
