APWU Strawberry Bruschetta Toast

Ingredients

  • 1 French baguette
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 2 cups chopped strawberries
  • 2 tbsp chopped basil
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp Williams Sonoma White Balsamic
  • salt to taste

Instructions

Preheat you oven to 400 degrees. Slice baguette approximately 1/3 inch thick and brush each piece with melted butter. Bake until golden brown 8-10 minutes. Combine strawberries, olive oil, chopped basil, and white balsamic to a small mixing bowl and gently stir. Season with salt. Top toasted baguette with strawberry bruschetta and serve immediately.  Enjoy!
