Avocado & Salmon Sliders with a Smoked Paprika & Shallot Tartar Sauce

  • Salmon Sliders
    • 1 lb salmon
    • 2 tbsp parsley
    • 2 tbsp chopped dill
    • 2 tbsp chopped green onion
    • 3 tbsp mayonaise
    • 2 tbsp Panko
  • Smoked Paprika & Shallot Tartar Sauce
    • 1/3 cup mayonaise
    • 3 tsp minced shallot
    • 1 tsp dijon mustard
    • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
    • 1 heaping tsp sweet relish
  • Mini sesame dinner rolls

First remove skin from salmon, then cut into large cubes in place in food processor. Pulse for 30-60 seconds. In a mixing bowl, combine salmon, parsley, dill, green onion, mayo and Panko. Form into small patties with hands – about 2 1/2 inches in diameter. Set aside.

Then in small mixing bowl combine all sauce ingredients and place in fridge until ready to use. Dice avocado, set aside.

When you are ready to make the sliders, pan sear each patty for 2-3 minutes on each side. Slice and toast your rolls. Assemble slider with avocado on bottom bun, then salmon patty, add desired amount of tartar sauce and top with bun. Serve!
