Fig Tasting Spoons
- Fresh Figs
- Smoked blue cheese
- Williams Sonoma House Olive Oil
- Williams Sonoma House Balsamic Vinegar
- Edible Flowers (Pansies)
Cut figs into bitesized pieces and add to mixing bowl; drizzle with enough oil to lightly coat and salt lightly. Place one piece of fig in each spoon and add a few drops of balsamic and crumbled smoked blue cheese to each. Finish with a few leaves of assorted microgreens and edible flowers or flower petals of your choice. Wah-lah! Wasn’t that easy?
