  • smokey blue cheese crumbles

  • 3/4 cups sour cream
  • 1/4 cups mayonaise
  • 2/3 cups half and half
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp unfiltered apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped fresh dill
  • 1 medium fresh garlic clove minced
  • black pepper to taste
  • 3 tsp granulated sugar
  • 3 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
