Oysters with Rosé Mignonette
- Oysters of your choice (we selected Wellfleet and Beau Soleil from our local seafood supplier – shucked fresh in front of us!)
- 1 tbsp minced shallot
- 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 5 tbsp Sparkling Rosé
Simply place oysters on serving tray on ice. In small serving bowl, combine mignonette ingredients and then just pour yourself a glass of rose and enjoy!
