Whipped Goat Cheese Crostini
- 4 oz chèvre goats milk cheese
- 4.5 tbsp heavy whipping cream
- 6 tbsp Whole milk
- 2 large scallions
- 1 fresh baguette or Italian loaf
- Salt to taste
Slice bread and toast lightly in toaster or toaster oven. Slice scallions thinly on a bias. Combine cheese, milk, and heavy cream in medium mixing bowl. Whip using a hand mixer on high for approximately 60 seconds. Taste for seasoning. Add mixture to piping bag and pipe onto individual toasts. Top with scallions. Enjoy!
