Fry bacon until crisp. Reserve fat. Add bacon to your food processor and pulse until finely ground. Set aside. Add BBQ sauce, 1.5 tbsp bacon fat, hot sauce, and raw sugar to a small sauce pan and heat on low until sugar is dissolved. Pre-heat cast iron pan to high and add enough bacon fat to generously cover the surface of the pan. Remove outside leaves from brussel sprouts and halve each. Place brussel sprouts in pan halved side down and sear undisturbed for 2 minutes until well caramelized and deep brown in color. Flip each brussel sprout; salt and lower the heat to medium low and cook for an additional five minutes. Skewer with a wooden pick, dip in bbq glaze, sprinkle with bacon crumbles. Serve and enjoy!
