Ham & Cooper Cheese Spread

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb baked ham, finely ground
  • 1/4 lb Cooper Cheese, finely ground
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 4 tbsp celery, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp dry mustard
  • 1 1/2 tbsp sliced scallion
  • 1 package petite toasts

Instructions

Pulse ham in your food processor until finely ground and transfer to medium sized mixing bowl. Pulse the Cooper cheese in the food processor just long enough so that it is crumbled. Do not over grind or the cheese will become creamed and start to stick together. Add to the mixing bowl along with the mayonnaise, mustard, mustard powder, scallion, and celery. Fold until well combined and taste for seasoning. Serve on petite toast and garnish with celery greens. Enjoy!
