oz Fage Total 2% Fat Greek Yogurt

Scoops of Primal Kitchen Vanilla Coconut Primal Fuel Protein

tbsp finely shredded coconut + 1/2 cup additional for toasted coconut garnish

bag of Michele's Original Granola

cup mixed berries (we used blueberries and raspberries)

tbsp honey + additional for drizzle
Instructions
In a glass mixing bowl combine yogurt, protein powder, and shredded coconut - mix on high with hand-mixer until creamy. Add 1/2 cup shredded coconut to casket iron pan, stirring frequently toast until golden brown on medium heat. Next layer your parfait in desired dishes - yogurt mixture, granola, berries, honey, repeat. Garnish with toasted coconut and additional honey drizzle.
