Cool down our sriracha shrimp with our Asian inspired cucumber salad!

Asian Cucumber Salad

First, mix all ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 cup rice wine vinegar

Then thinly slice 1 1/2 large English cucumbers and reserve last 1/2 cucumber for some pretty cucumber ribbons (use peeler). Mix in dressing and serve. Serve.
