Hot days call for light and fresh ingredients… give this salad a try…

The Black and Blue Salad with Sweet Mustard Vinaigrette


  • Mixed Greens
  • Crispy Prosciutto (crisp in pan over medium with with 1 tsp olive oil)
  • Halved black raspberries
  • Smoked blue cheese
  • Toasted pine nuts


  • 1/4 cup Wegmans honey Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp salt

Add mustard to a mixing bowl and slowing stream in oil while whisking. Whisk until smooth and add the remaining ingredients. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
