We may be #basic (#pumpkinspiceeverything), but our palates are a little more refined and our Wednesdays night is getting a little more fun…

Pumpkin Spice Martini

  • 1 pint Haagen-Dazs Vanilla
  • 1/2 cup half and half
  • 2.5 oz Fireball
  • 4.5 oz vanilla vodka
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 3 heaping tbsp pumpkin purée
  • Garnish
    • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
    • 1 tbsp granulated sugar
    • 2 spiced wafers (crumbled)
    • 1 tbsp salted caramel

Rim a chilled martini glass with granulated sugar and pumpkin pie spice garnish (ingredients above). Dip a small spoon into the salted caramel and drizzle the carmel around the inside of the glass. Refrigerate glass until ready for use. Add the spiced wafers to a small ziplock bag and crush with a meat tenderizer until crumbled. Add ice cream, half and half, vodka, Fireball, pumpkin purée, and pumpkin pie spice to your Vitamix.  Blend on high for 30 seconds. Remove glass from refrigerator and fill with blended martini.  Top with leftover garnish crumbles.  Cheers to Fall!!!
