Rosé Steamed Clams
- 2 garlic cloves, smashed
- 1/2 cup of non-sparkling rosé
- 50 cherry stone clams, soaked in water for 20 mins
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 1 Tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
Place clams, rosé, and garlic in pot with lid, steam until clams open. Melt butter, add parsley, drizzle over clams and serve.
