Happy #FriYAY! Our Shrimp 🍤 Ceviche is the perfect way to celebrate the start to the weekend! 🥂🍸 This recipe is a triple threat #fresh, #fast, and #FANCY🙌🏻
Shrimp Ceviche
- 1/3 cup fresh squeezed lime juice
- 2 tbsp thinly sliced red onion
- 1/4 @willimssonoma olive oil
- 1/4 cup deseeded minced Jalapeño
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 lb jumbo cooked and cleaned shrimp 🍤 sliced lengthwise
Add all ingredients to mixing bowl and stir. Add shrimp and refrigerate for 30 minutes prior to serving. Garnish with thinly sliced Serrano peppers to turn up the heat! Want to keep it mild?
