- 1 lb Roasted Turkey White or Dark Meat
- 1 head Boston Bibb Lettuce
- 2 Avocados
- 2 tbsp Sliced Scallions
- 4 oz Wegmans Organic Smoked Blue Cheese
- 3 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
Add Honey, vinegar, mustard, and mayo to a small mixing bowl and whisk until smooth. Set aside until ready for use. Slice turkey, green onion, and Avocado and portion each into six equal servings. Serve in a bibb lettuce leaf and top with crumbled blue cheese and a drizzle of honey mustard.
