A weekend full of spin classes for these babes call for a major brunch! And it wouldn’t be an APWU brunch without a fancy Bloody Mary.
The Lobster Mary
Yields 6 Cups
- 2 cups Tito’s Vodka
- 2 cups Spicy V8
- 2 cup regular V8
- 1 tbsp Kelchner’s Horse-radish
- 1/2 tsp Old Bay seasoning
- 1 tsp Tabasco
- 1/8 cup lime juice
- 1/8 cup lemon juice
- Rim
- 1 tbsp Old Bay
- 1 tbsp celery salt
- Garnish
- Celery stalks
- Blue cheese stuffed olives (Wegman’s Smoked Blue Cheese)
- Lemon and lime wedges
- Dill pickles (we love Claussen!)
First create your spicy rim mix – simply mix the Old Bay and celery salt on a plate to dip the rim in. Mix all other ingredients in large pitcher. Then rim glass with lime wedge and dip into spicy rim mix. Pour into glass garnish with items listed above. Begin brunchin’!
