Mozzarella Pesto Prosciutto Wrapped Bites

Ingredients
- 10 mini mozzarella balls
- 3 tbsp basil pesto
- 1, 4 oz package of prosciutto
- 1 bunch chives
- aged balsamic, optional for dipping
Instructions
Half mozzarella balls, then half each prosciutto horizontally. Place halved mozzarella ball in center of prosciutto half and dollop a small spoonful of pesto on top. Then gather the prosciutto around the mozzarella and secure with a long stem chive - tie with a knot as pictured. Optionally, serve with aged balsamic for dipping. Enjoy!
