Smoked Salmon Avocado Smash Bagel Chips

Ingredients

  • 2 avocados
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 box Glutino Bagel Chips
  • 1 small shallot
  • 4 oz Spence & Co. Scottish Salmon
  • salt to taste

Instructions

Add avocados and lemon juice to a small mixing bowl and mash until well combined. Salt to taste.  Arrange Glutino Bagel Chips on your serving tray and spoon avocado mash on each one. Top with Spence & Co. Scottish Salmon and garnish with thinly sliced shallot. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
