Strawberry Citrus Shooter

Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh strawberries
  • 1 fresh cored pineapple
  • 6 tbsp pineapple juice
  • 2/3 cup coconut water
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 5 mint leaves
  • 5 ice cubes

Instructions

Remove tops from strawberries. Add all ingredients to your Vitamix and blend on high until smooth. Add additional honey if needed. Chill for 60 minutes. Shake and serve in either an espresso cup or shot glass. Garnish with a strawberry slice. Enjoy!
