Craving that steak house blue cheese dressing with your dinner salad tonight? Yeah, us too. We’ve recreated it and made it into a party sized bite for you and your guests…

Blue Cheese Salad Bites


  • 2/3 cup smoked Wegmans organic blue cheese crumbled
  • 2/3 cup Helman’s mayonaisse
  • 2/3 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 large garlic clove minced
  • 1 tbsp Dijion mustard
  • 1/4 cup seasoned rice wine vinegar

Add all ingredients to food processor. Blend until smooth. Chill if desired.


  • 1 head iceberg lettuce
  • 6-8 Campari tomatoes
  • 1 lb center cut bacon
  • 4 oz blue cheese crumbles
  • Freshly ground black pepper

Chop one head of iceberg lettuce in half, then in quarters and again in eighths. Slice into bite sized wedges and skewer onto bamboo picks. Arrange on serving tray. Cook bacon until crisp. Dice tomatoes.  Top each mini wedge with blue cheese, tomatoes, and bacon. Spoon dressing over wedges and finish with freshly cracked black pepper. Enjoy!
