Chocolate 🍫 comes from cocoa, which comes out of a tree. That makes it a plant. Therefore, chocolate counts as salad 🙌🏻 #Logic 🙌🏻 This dessert/snack is two ingredients and requires zero baking thanks to our friends @perfectbar 😏
The Perfect Buckeye
- Perfect bars (flavor of your choice – we used peanut butter coconut & peanut butter)
- Dark chocolate
Allow perfect bars to come to room temperature. Cut each bar into five pieces. Gently roll into balls and place on parchment paper. Cool in freezer. Melt dark chocolate of choice in double boiler. Dip the balls in chocolate and place in fridge until you are ready to serve.
