Toasted Coconut Protein Parfait

Ingredients

  • 2, 7 oz Fage Total 2% Fat Greek Yogurt
  • 2 Scoops of Primal Kitchen Vanilla Coconut Primal Fuel Protein
  • 3 tbsp finely shredded coconut + 1/2 cup additional for toasted coconut garnish
  • 1 bag of Michele's Original Granola
  • 1 cup mixed berries (we used blueberries and raspberries)
  • 1 1/2 tbsp honey + additional for drizzle

Instructions

In a glass mixing bowl combine yogurt, protein powder, and shredded coconut - mix on high with hand-mixer until creamy. Add 1/2 cup shredded coconut to casket iron pan, stirring frequently toast until golden brown on medium heat. Next layer your parfait in desired dishes - yogurt mixture, granola, berries, honey, repeat. Garnish with toasted coconut and additional honey drizzle.
